NewsCooperation between IKAS and TERMplus ApSIn connection with the Danish Quality Model (DDKM), ”Institut for Kvalitet og Akkreditering” (Institute of Quality and Accreditation in the Danish National Board of Health) (IKAS) is working on laying down standards in the health sector.In this work, the Institute needed an easy way of establishing and handling essential terms. Among several alternatives, it is to be possible to state which term is to be used and subsequently after document production, it is to be possible to check that the correct terms have really been used. With this purpose in mind, TERMplus ApS has supplied TERMplus Manager System. To facilitate the whole process, TERMplus ApS has produced a term base with basic health terms for IKAS – and that on the basis of already existing documents.
